I'm sure you guys have already heard about YouTube Heroes. If not, you can watch the video below first:
Notice how the like to dislike ratio looks like a grey pencil with a blue eraser. It apparently has the record for most-disliked video on YouTube, it even beat Rick Perry's "Strong" campaign ad. Also, comments disabled. Ah, the fresh smell of censorship and butthurt!
Okay, where do I begin...
First of all, everyone already knows YouTube's reporting system is broken and doomed to fail. People can report or flag anything and due to the fact that the site isn't even controlled by actual human beings, it is likely to go through even if the person being reported or the video being flagged isn't problematic. We've already seen this system be abused with people sending copyright infringement notices and entire channels have been banned and had videos demonetized because of it. Famous partners everywhere are being targeted by tons of companies trying to protect their pwecious wittle content by stealing money from them even though the videos using said content are PROTECTED UNDER FAIR USE.
And just when you guys didn't think it could get any worse, we have YouTube Heroes. The new function that allows people to go around and quote "mass flag" other videos. This is not a joke, they actually use the word "mass flag" in the video in case you missed it. Well I guess this means no more videos or anything since, you know, EVERYTHING is problematic.
Let's be honest, this is not going to improve YouTube's already-failing flagging-system. It's just another way to empower SJWs and cultural marxists to run entire websites and delete any video they don't agree with from existence. We've already seen tons of right-leaning people get banned from Twitter just for having opinions and Facebook censoring posts that are too politically-incorrect. The media everywhere is censoring people who they deem problematic, and it's not just happening online either. At college campuses, when people hold free-speech events to talk about how harmful PC culture is, a bunch of cry-bullies and Trigglypuffs go in and cuss at them and cry "RACIST!".

Welp, I guess we can just stick a fork in YouTube at this point because it's done. First the fair use issue, and the demonetization of inappropriate videos, and now this. What next? Are they going to start removing videos that mention Donald Trump or documentaries that talk about Hitler and the history of WWII? I wouldn't be surprised if they did. I noticed that if you start typing "Hitler" in the search bar, nothing comes up. If you try to search "Donald Trump is literally Hitler", the word "Hitler is even left out! Like, come on YouTube! How are we supposed to know the dangers of this man who could become president and repeat history because reasons?!?! D:
Well I predict that they either will get rid of this so-called "Heroes" thing or try something different because it has gotten nothing but negative feedback for it's entire time of being announced. Remember earlier this year when he Fine Bros tried the whole "React World" BS but rescinded all their trademarks of the word "react" after seeing just how massive the public outcry was in response? Yeah, that was a scary time for YouTube and it prompted me to write a journal titled "Did the Fine Bros kill YouTube?" which is funny cuz now THIS might be what kills YouTube. We can only hope YouTube finally caves in and follows their example...

New part-time job!
I interviewed yesterday and was hired right away! I'm going to be doing some packing, sorting and delivering for a local newspaper company that an old friend of mine from school owns. Only definite work days will be Thursdays and possibly earlier in the week. I won't get a whole lot of hours out of it so I'm still looking for another part time job or perhaps a full one if the benefits and rates are good. My current commission list has 10 slots full, but I'm going to still let my page say I'm opened in case anyone else wants to get a slot later. Those commissions obviously have yet to be started, but thank you to everyone who sent a message and I'll get the WIP sketches done for you soon.

Why I'm jobless and how you can help
I should've been forthcoming about this much sooner, but honestly I didn't know what to say as I figured things would've turned up by now. Well they haven't and I might as well tell you guys the truth. As the title admits, yes, I do not have a job and it's been that way for the past 6 weeks. Before we talk about that, let's go back to November of last year. I returned to work and things were fine for the next 2 months, but then it got worse when he returned in late February. To understand this situation, I have to explain the manager. He has been a lifelong friend of my dad's and our family has good relations with his family, but his biggest weakness is he's too nice. He runs a decent business
Nightwatch's Flaws
Before we get started, just letting you all know, I have chapter 6 of Ester Dracos in progress, but there's a song in it which I'm composing, and as per the usual, it is taking a while to finish. After some difficulty, I have managed to come up with a tune now. It sounds good, I'm just getting to a more challenging section and it might complicate things. I actually have the first chapter of "Ghost of Grogar" complete (proofreading still needed), but I will wait on that one before it is uploaded. There are no songs in that story, so I should be able to get through it quicker, but I do want to at least get the cover art done as well as a picture of the "Harmony Clubhouse" tree, so please be patient.
