How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Well I don't know if most of you know me this well, but I'm a night owl so I sleep in a lot. Sometimes past 2 pm. But today was different for the Fed-Ex guy came and dropped a little something off for me...

A Transformer I wasn't able to pick up a while ago in stores that I had to resort to buying on ebay? No, they usually cost an arm and a leg.

Did I have to order a Princess Luna toy to make a custom of her? Nah, I found one of those the other day at Wal-Mart.

The MLP:FiM comic? Well......no but I do need to order that some time soon too.

Alright enough guessing games......

IT'S A MACINTOSH LAPTOP!!!

Yes, you heard right! My two awesome parents bought me a Macbook Pro for a graduation present!

And we got a discount for the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, InDesign, Dreamweaver, etc...) for just a couple hundred dollars (usually costs about $2000) because we can use my school email that I still have to authenticate me as a student!

This thing has insane quality display and really good sound too! I was watching a few YouTube videos on it and it's like I'm listening with surround sound it's so clear! I've been messing a round with it a bit but still have yet to download the Adobe programs so I haven't tried out Flash yet. I know I told all you guys I just wanted a regular computer without retina display and only wanted Flash installed with it but the guy on the phone suggested I get a retina display since I might have problems running flash if I did otherwise, and if I bought Flash alone, it would have cost more than the ACS bundle believe it or not so my folks spent more but at the same time killed a dozen birds with one stone! :3

So yeah, I'm pretty pumped to use this thing! Might wanna prepare for some art and vectors made in Photoshop and Illustrator in the near future and also some flash animations!
