Something I'd like to let everyone know about Emi

Due to recent events in society, I have come to the realization that some people may be a bit mislead about my OC, Emi "the Bunny Girl" Hartman.  I came up with her during a time when these "events" were a little less common but now that they've been in full swing thanks to this whole idiotic "social justice" movement, I felt it's time to just let people know the truth.

If you're wondering what issue I'm talking about,  it is, in particular, the "fat feminism" movement.  Recently it's become a thing for fat girls to push the agenda of "fat acceptance" and have said such hypocritical things like "if you consider obesity to be a health issue, that's fat-shaming" or just simply shoving their opinions down our throats and telling us that you must accept them or you're one of those various isms or phobias or some stupid word that Social Justice Warriors made up.  I don't really need to say much more than that, I'm sure you guys know what I am talking about.  If you don't really get it, this video may help explain it a lot better than I can.

Now, how does this relate to Emi?  Well if you haven't noticed already, Emi is a rather plump chick who dresses in revealing attire but hear my words loud and clear:  she is NOT a fat feminist.  If anything Emi is the complete opposite, she can't stand SJWs.  She's comfortable with the skin she's in but it doesn't go any further than that and she would never use her body to push some crazy agenda on people.

Now while I do like the aesthetic of heavy-set girls, I don't want to make Emi morbidly obese, in fact actually recently updated her height in her bio to keep her from reaching the Body Mass Index level that borders on obesity.  I know I know, she's a fictional character, but I never realized that the fatter and shorter you are the closer you get to obesity and I really want to keep away from promoting such a thing.  Even if Emi were at a level of 30 or higher on the BMI chart, I would still not promote letting yourself get so fat to a point of straight-up unhealthiness.  That would not make Emi an enjoyable OC.  No one in their right mind enjoys radial feminist behavior, especially myself, and when it's put in modern media, it's a sign that our entertainment industry has gone to far.

This won't really change much about Emi though thankfully.  She's still a chubby girl who likes to model and be sexy, cheeky, and a bit naughty, but she's got major brains and standards.  I had to make this journal cuz no one truthfully knows much about Emi just yet.  All you guys have seen is a short bio and plenty of pinups of her.  I still gotta either start writing a story about her or make some comics or something.  I've wanted to do an ask blog someday but I'm not too sure I want to even delve into that considering I'm already having a difficult time keeping up with the one I already have.


So just to recap, Emi's not a fat-feminist, and she doesn't like the radical notion of obesity being beautiful because it is not.  If anyone out there was avoiding some of my Emi artwork because they saw her and automatically assumed she was a fat feminist SJW; I am sorry if I scared you, I would never do that.  As I said earlier, I absolutely ABHOR the third-wave feminist movement going on right now and I wish it would just die before it consumes and divides us.  In fact, if I can use Emi to ridicule and satirize said movement, I totally will.  We need more chubby girls like Emi speaking up against it.

Welp, I hope that spoke words of wisdom to anyone who was wondering about it.  I will still keep drawing sexy Emi art though I do wanna try to give her more character over time.  She's a lot more than just a girl who dresses in a bunny suit and shows her booty.  :3


TL;DR:  I have an OC who is a chubby girl, but she's not a fat feminist and she actually can't stand those types of people.  It's ok to be plump but forcing people to accept you while denying science is bad and you should feel bad.  F**k fat feminism.  K bye, peace.
