Don't worry guys, I'm not in a relationship either but I still got a card and chocolate treat from my mom and my grandmother not to mention this:
Seriously though, you don't have to be dating anyone to enjoy V-day. When I was a kid in school we celebrated Valentines Day and made a big deal out of it like it was Christmas and we gave cards TO EACHOTHER. None of us were dating in that class (well duh, we were like 9), we just exchanged cards with friendly messages and cheesy jokes and got treats and stuff and things. Valentines Day wasn't originally a holiday made to focus on romance anyhow, it was a day in memory of St. Valentinus who happened to write a letter to his lover that said "Your Valentine" at the end right before he was executed for ministering to persecuted Christians. But I guess thanks to Geoffrey Chaucer it ended up being all about love at some point...
So with that in mind, let's not get all emo and do this whole "Singles Awareness Day" crap, let's just celebrate being single by celebrating Valentine's Day anyway! If you think people who are dating are shoving in your face that you are single, just celebrate it and let them know that even single people can take part in Valentine's Day too!
Well I guess that's all I have to say. Again, have a great holidayeven though it's kinda late cuz I'm doing this at like 11 PM on my side of the world and till next time!
Btw, I am sorry I didn't get anything V-day related up. I know you guys were probably expecting some saucy pinup but I was quite busy this week with visiting my sister after she had her baby and I had to be there for her but I'll keep pumping out more art while I can.

New part-time job!
I interviewed yesterday and was hired right away! I'm going to be doing some packing, sorting and delivering for a local newspaper company that an old friend of mine from school owns. Only definite work days will be Thursdays and possibly earlier in the week. I won't get a whole lot of hours out of it so I'm still looking for another part time job or perhaps a full one if the benefits and rates are good. My current commission list has 10 slots full, but I'm going to still let my page say I'm opened in case anyone else wants to get a slot later. Those commissions obviously have yet to be started, but thank you to everyone who sent a message and I'll get the WIP sketches done for you soon.

Why I'm jobless and how you can help
I should've been forthcoming about this much sooner, but honestly I didn't know what to say as I figured things would've turned up by now. Well they haven't and I might as well tell you guys the truth. As the title admits, yes, I do not have a job and it's been that way for the past 6 weeks. Before we talk about that, let's go back to November of last year. I returned to work and things were fine for the next 2 months, but then it got worse when he returned in late February. To understand this situation, I have to explain the manager. He has been a lifelong friend of my dad's and our family has good relations with his family, but his biggest weakness is he's too nice. He runs a decent business
Nightwatch's Flaws
Before we get started, just letting you all know, I have chapter 6 of Ester Dracos in progress, but there's a song in it which I'm composing, and as per the usual, it is taking a while to finish. After some difficulty, I have managed to come up with a tune now. It sounds good, I'm just getting to a more challenging section and it might complicate things. I actually have the first chapter of "Ghost of Grogar" complete (proofreading still needed), but I will wait on that one before it is uploaded. There are no songs in that story, so I should be able to get through it quicker, but I do want to at least get the cover art done as well as a picture of the "Harmony Clubhouse" tree, so please be patient. Oh, I just don't celebrate V-Day cause I don't care much for it. Halloween is more my thing. A time when I can watch horror movies and play horror games for a reason! ^3^
