I've made a rather dimwitted mistake.  Remember a while back when I posted this image --->    In the description I stupidly said that anyone could use him in their fanfiction.  Well I've changed my mind, sorry.  You can draw fanart if you want, but I think using my character design in a fanfiction or anything else that goes deep like a comic is overkill.  I haven't even written "Chaos Rising" yet, and I would like to be the first person to be using the concept of Accord the Alicorn in a fanfiction.  Thing is, I thought that I would be able to start Chaos Rising a while back earlier this summer, well I was definitely wrong.  With how busy this semester got, I had to wait for that and now Chaos Rising may not be out until Augustish unless I finish the other 2 fanfics earlier along with a horde of other stuff on mind.

Now, as for the other characters who are pretty much OCs:  King Solmidas, Queen Chernalia, and a few more characters coming up (hint hint) who's name and design I came up with all by myself, same thing.  Don't use their names or designs in a fanfic and I would actually prefer that you not use them at all unless you're just drawing fanart to be honest.  With Accord it's a different story because I didn't really come up with the character, I just made up a younger version of him and it is not canon that he used to be named Accord and used to be an alicorn, that is just my idea.  If my idea becomes popular enough someday (and I have my doubts it could) then I guess it is ok if you guys wanna put him in a fanfic, but please please please wait until after Chaos Rising is done cuz you aren't going to understand what happens to Accord until after you have read the fanfic.  And don't get me wrong, it pleases me that there are some folks out there already who want to use Accord in a fanfic, it shows that my ideas have gotten their attention, but being as it was my idea, I would prefer that I be the one who makes the first fanfic about him, and then we will see afterwards.  And I know I don't have him copyrighted obviously, so I am only asking that you guys heed my request to refrain from using him until then.  And remember, you can always come up with your own version of Discord before he became evil.  Heck, some people actually prefer the idea of him being a draconequus all along and some even think that he should have always had the name Discord.  Feel free to come up with anything, your imagination is never limited!

Starswirl the Bearded, however, feel free to use him because I do not own the character.  As for the design.......I would come up with your own.  I know you guys might like my take on Starswirl, but it's really not that hard to draw your own version, we already know what his outfit looks like after all.

Now, on a slightly different yet still similar topic:  Axle and Magnia.  Sweet Primus I haven't spoken of these 2 in such a long time.  
Well, basically someone the other day came to my rather outdated fan-group of these two and sent a note saying the following:

How about this,during the summer, while i'm looking for a job, and working on my own original novel, I finish the fan fic. I'll use the same methods you used adding your characters to the original story and building the romantic relationship. between the two. I'll finish the first, second, third and add your fourth season. With your permission of coarse. You are a Prime after all.


No, just no.  People, Axle and Magnia are basically dead along with any hope that Transformers Animated could ever be continued.  A while after the show had ended, I did have a glimmer of hope that it could come back and I got all excited when I heard about "season 3.5" but that ended up being a single convention-exclusive comic about repaint characters, and then that was it.  Cartoon Network killed off the show and now Transformers Prime has taken over (not saying that I hate TF Prime, that show is terrific).  Due to this, I have lost my motivation with the Axle and Magnia fanfiction.  Now granted, I could in fact continue that fanfiction some time down the road (slim chance of that happening), but if I don't, then I still don't want anyone else to.  No one knows my OCs the way I do and no one actually even knows what I had planned for them in the future.  Well, there is one person I am quite close to who I have told about their future (you know who you are) but that is up to her.  I definitely will not give up the rights to the person who sent that message though.  I won't mention who it was, but I looked on their page to see they only had 5 watchers and not the greatest art.  I didn't get the chance to read their fanfics but I can already tell by their poor grammar in the note that they are not the greatest of writers.  No offense to this person, but that is the last person I would give up the rights to.  I'm sorry that you guys miss Axle and Magnia a lot, but you won't be seeing much of them anymore.  Probably the most you will get out of me is pics of them as ponies or some TFA fanart of them some time down the road, but that fanfic is pretty much dead along with Transformers Animated.  It's all Cartoon Network's fault, blame them, not me.
