Wow, I can't believe I pulled this off! :wow: Probably my best pic on here yet, wouldn't you guys say?!

Well, this is Yoko, in all her glory! Her 'timeskip' appearance which is why it's different from the usual outfit she wears. I think I like this appearance best, but I do miss the little cracked skull up in her hair. But she's Yoko so she never doesn't look hot! :iconfallinloveplz:

So yeah, I did this in Paint, I'm sure you noticed. I didn't come up with this pose, I used this pic [link] as reference and was inspired by this vid [link] to go ahead and draw it, although I'll probably never be nearly as good as that artist! They drew that whole thing spot on right in paint! I had to make a pencil drawing first for a template!

And as you can see this time I did all sorts of crazy detail like you wouldn't believe! Shading, highlights, wrinkles in the vest, eye details, something I usually have a hard time with! Probably the hardest part was the vest! I hate drawing clothes! :shakefist: Maybe that's why it's so easy (and fun) to draw Yoko cuz she doesn't wear a whole lot of them to begin with! :3 The hair however was rather fun! I love her hair! And yes, I know 'they' are a little too big, but that's cuz of the foreshortening since she's bending over. The proportion is a tad bit off though. This is the best anime face I've ever drawn in my whole life although I do still need practice with the shape. And I spent hours touching up on random stuff to make this as good as can possibly be for my level!

All in all I'd say this is probably the best digital pic I've ever made before! I sure made her look gorgeous! :iconinloveplz: But what do you guys think? If you're a premium member, please give a critique cuz I would really like one! As for the rest of you, enjoy and gaze upon her beauty!

Be sure to check out my other Yoko pics here:

-EDIT- I made her right arm bigger, her legs less chubby, and touched up a few inaccurate things around. For comparison, I'll upload the original to my scraps.

This is a very cute picture, you've got the perspective down pretty nice and the lines and nice and clean which seems to be a rarity today.

However, her chest is off a bit. The left one is much larger than the right, I get that you're going for it being more forward but with boobs it's not that noticeable usually so it's better to keep them at about the same size.

Her left arm is perfectly fine but the right is a little bit too short. Not too mcuh but just a bit. Also, in order for the sleeve to look more natural it should be a tiny bit less lumpy.

Her boots should be much tighter around her legs, boots that high up are never that loose and floppy. The shape itself and everything is fine though.

Time for awkward hip and butt critique time. XD
While ladies don't have much up front there is some, her crotch should be a little bit lower so she doesn't get a kind of Barbie doll thing going on. Behind that her buttox should be closer together, the human butt doesn't have a gap in it.

A little note on her face: her nose shouldn't be so straight, try curving it a little bit to give it a more natural look.

And one final thing on her clothes; Yoko wears shorts, as tiny as they are, there should be a very small indication of them on the outer side of her hips.

It's a very nice picture though, I hope this critique helps you improve! :la:

When I first saw this, I thought, "Who do I watch that does this style?" I must say I'm impressed. For something done on paint, it is very clean. I really like the pose. I know it wasn't all you, but the way to get better at doing a variety of poses is through practice, which usually comes from copying from something else. That is how a lot of classical artists learned. I would love to see some of this quality in the future with your own characters.

One thing that doesn't look right is her right shoulder. It needs to be a little bigger in order for the foreshortening to be correct. Same with her upper arm, I suppose.
