Redoing Twinky custom

A few weeks ago after I painted her the first time, I peeled the paint off cuz it was too gooey looking and had a slimey texture. I used some better paint this time. I highly recommend using Appel Barrel and/or Ceramcoat brands, they are more diluted and dry with a smoother surface. I applied 3 coats at the time of taking this pic and I might sand her down a bit unless anyone advises not to.
