I removed her hair with some scissors, but I also used an exacto knife which I highly recommend, just be sure to cut away from yourself. I also used a real electric shaver but I wouldn't recommend that. Once it was all cut off, I sculpted the hair and put it on her head and butt and then baked her with Cheerilee and the other CMC's and voila! Her hair was actually quite simple to do: just 2 snakes of clay for both the tail and mane each with some curls at the end. The tail isn't shaped quite so accurately and her bangs aren't as big right behind her horn as it is shown in the show, but I'm ok with it. She can turn her head more to the left than Apple Bloom can, but not that far.
Remember that it IS safe to bake a pony in the oven, but it must be for 15 minutes at 275 degrees Fahrenheit. And when they come out, they won't melt, but they'll be pretty flimsy and gooey so let them cool off. I recommend sticking them in the fridge for a few minutes or in front of a fan.
