Finally finished with Cadance!
Her mane is made of Apoxie Sculpt, sanded down, and painted with Apple Barrel acrylics. I had to cut off her horn in order to place the mane on her head and then glue the horn back on through the hole in her mane. Her crown is actually her original one the toy came with but I cut off the sides to make it shaped like how it is in the show and painted it with gold acrylic paint. The anklets and collar are also painted gold. Her wings were painted entirely pink and then I dabbed some purple on and gave it a fading appearance which was HARD to do. I sealed everything that was painted with Mod Podge. I was going to paint the rest of her body the proper shade of pink but I got lazy plus it would mean having to repaint not one but two cutie marks (which would be tough considering the complexity of her cutie mark) and probably even her eyes which I just didn't feel like doing. She turned out good in the end although someday I may feel apt to giving her a second cutie mark like she deserves.
So yeah, that's Cadance and I do like how she turned out my first time around.
