This is what I have so far. The head is basically finished and looks terrific imo. Body is ok although his legs kinda shifted to the right during baking or connecting and he's a bit lopsided and prone to falling over. Thankfully nothing has fallen over yet. I baked the head separate from the body though because there was no way he would have baked without his head falling off. When the body was baked though, the arm fell off due to gravity and also the fact that I had made a line on his arm for detail of the eagle claw. Next time I will put wires in ALL of his limbs. As you can see, there is a wire in his head and there is one going through his body too. I dunno why I didn't just do the smart thing and put wires in his limbs, but at least I learned and they did turn out pretty good still.
I'll upload 2 more pics of his head and body separate after this.
I used Sculpey III oven bake clay and paper clips for the wires. Baked at 275 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
