Accord through the ages

Got creative not too long ago and sketched out younger versions of Accord (baby, kid, teen, adult).  The last 2 pics are from some art of him I’ve done before in the past but haven’t actually fully uploaded yet.  Good luck finding them.

The baby version was easy but for his kid form I thought it would be interesting to give him the same look that Snails has since Discord has a rather unique-looking head to begin with.  The way his face seems to evolve works perfectly because of this and I love watching it go like that.  Teen is like the size of a regular male pony but a tad bit taller and slightly different muzzle still.   He also starts growing his goatee at this point but it is black along with his eyebrows.  Adult was inspired mainly by how Discord’s head looks in the show but a little more younger and less longer and horsish.  And then of course there is Accord’s middle aged/old but not too old and current look (according to my ask blog that is) which is basically Discord’s head with a pony-like body and a unicorn horn and so on.

Also, do you guys notice how he starts out a brighter shade of tan and gets grey as he goes on?  The reason I make younger Accord be that color is cuz in Discord’s stained glass form, his head is brownish and I figured it’s because it’s based on his younger self or something.  To go along with that I actually did think of redoing Accord and giving him that brownish look and then say that when he turned into Discord he still had the brownish coloring but it turned grey after 1000+ years of being in stone when he returned in Season 2 but I like the grey Accord so I’ll just keep him that way.

So yeah, I just thought I’d show you guys this stuff.  I have some stuff in the works to start Ask Accord with so be patient, the blog will start soon…
